Q: What is the difference between business coaching and consulting?
A: A business coach helps the business owner and / or key employee to develop strategies that the business owner and his team will carry out, while a consultant generally takes care of a project for you. A coaching relationship generally has a long term focus while a consulting project is usually short term. Exceptions apply to both.

A: In addition to being available for individual and group coaching, Ideashare BC is also available for consulting projects, seminars, DISC behavioral analyses, strategy sessions and mastermind groups. Testimonial:
"I have worked with Heike for some time now and can recommend her without hesitation. She is very bright and insightful and has the ability to challenge you to consider your choices and examine if they are inline with your goals and aspirations. She is also very quick to learn the basics of your business and comes up with ideas to consider to get back on track or accelerate your success. And finally, she documents what has been agreed to and holds you accountable. A great coach!"
